Examine Scientific Journals

Examine scientific journals step by step:

There are several steps to identify the journal within Scopus or Clarivate containers, which are summarized as follows:

First: Regarding knowledge of the journal within Scopus containers:

1. Through the Scopus website itself, if the magazine is documented, and it may appear, for example, 2019. The reason is that the journal has not yet issued an issue for the year 2020. For this reason, it did not write “To present.”

2. It is possible to know the journal’s classification and which quadrant it falls into (Q1, Q2, Q3 or Q4) within the classification of the Shimaco SJR website by typing the name of the journal or the ISSN number in the search and it will appear to us if it exists or not.

3. Contact the Scopus website directly and inquire about the requested journal via Contact Us, then Email. After that, fields will appear in which we must write what is requested and send it. A response will be given within two days or less.
